Spandana has a triple major in Psychology, Journalism, and Literature. She combines all her superpowers to work with underprivileged women and children by teaching, counseling and offering tech assistance to women who don’t own phones. The nature of her job required Spandana to travel to remote areas across the city of Malkajgiri in Hyderabad. And she had to rely on her father to drop her from place to place.
Spandana realised the simplest solution to her problem was to learn to ride. But her simple act of picking up a two-wheeler set many wonderful things in motion.
Her simple act of picking up a two-wheeler set many wonderful things in motion. Confidence started to ride pillion and she was unstoppable. This feeling paved a new purpose for Spandana - to train and enable as many women with driving so that they experience the same freedom she does.
Within one year, Spandana had reclaimed the roads. She knew she belonged on two wheels. This feeling, in turn paved a new purpose for Spandana - to train and enable as many women with driving so that they experience the same freedom she does.
In just 3 months as a trainer with Mowo, Spandana was off to a flying start - training more 60 women with us.
